What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

If gender is a social construct then it should NOT take precedence over sex.  Women (adult human females) need privacy away from males (however they identify) when in vulnerable states such as toilets, changing rooms DV shelters and prisons.  They should also have fairness in sport. Sport is played with bodies, mot minds, so sexmatters in sport too.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

This system is clearly open to abuse. There is only one way to be a woman and that is to be born female and reach adulthood.  Allowing a man to identify as a woman  reduces women to feelings in a man's head.  How reductive of woman hood to allow anyone who feels like it to be able to claim it.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

They are vasedon fantasy and not reality.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

I'm not sure the consequences are unintended.  There is sufficient evidence out there that self-ID opens the door fir predatory men.  By allowing someone to self ID as a woman you are putting vulnerable women at risk.  Perhaps discuss with some organisations that are not financially beneftting from the whole gender debacle (as Stonewall does).  There are plenty of organisations standing against them, it appears you just aren't willing to invite them into the debate.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

Poor assessment to meet a political aim.

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

This should not even be debated.No human can change sex

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

The ECHR clearly allows for sex as a separate category. It is imperative that this is upheld and a GRC does not mean you have changed sex as that it not humanly possible.

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

It seems you have ignored the many voices of women who oppose this

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Self IDshould NEVER be permitted. That a man can decide he is a woman one day and have full access to women's spaces is wrong on so many levels.

Anything else?

NO TO SELF ID.  Repeal the GRA. Humans can't change sex.males are not, and never will be women.  Women (female humans)should have a right to privacy from the male gaze. Stop listening to small groups of activists and listen to the public.  It is only fear of reprisals that has stopped many people speaking out.  If you had done proper due diligence you would know that.
